VISIONS, Inc. is a pioneering multicultural training and consulting organization that initiates a positive learning journey for people and groups to become catalysts for change. We support organizations, communities, and individuals as they continue to clarify their diversity-related goals and engage in a dynamic process of multicultural development for the creation of a more equitable world.
VISIONS, Inc. was established in 1984 as a nonprofit, educational organization. Today it is a 501(c)(3) entity with offices in Roxbury, Massachusetts, Rocky Mount, North Carolina, and is supported by a team of consultants around the United States and abroad.
Since its inception in 1984, VISIONS has impacted more than 115,000 people through its training programs. Our training model has helped more than 500 organizations over the last decade.
Moving forward, we are developing the next generation of youth leaders through our youth development program – the Legacy Project. Since our founding, we have worked in the U.S. and abroad including countries across Africa, Europe and South America.
